Very friendly, competent, and compassionate staff and doctors; the facility is modern, extremely clean, and the care is transparent. Prices are very competitive and our pets are treated like they are family. Highly recommended this office!

The experience at Folsom Animal One is all about your pet. The lobby is accessible and inviting and the staff is super friendly. We helped ourselves to a tennis ball while we waited (briefly) for our vet tech. Our vet tech was amazing! I left our appointment feeling really supported and encouraged by her suggestions. Our exam room was flooded with natural light and a welcoming towel was spread out for Leo on the floor. I'll just add that the Animal One clinic in El Dorado Hills is also fantastic. I really appreciate having a quality clinic to bring my dog to and highly recommend them.

Absolutely the best animal care. My elderly dog had over a dozen teeth removed. They took great care of her. My second dog 🐕 also is under their care. Great people.

I highly recommend going to Animal One for all your vet needs. This clinic is quick to respond and get you in, because as we know, our pets can be unpredictable. This morning my cat, Saber, began throwing up and was unable to stop dry heaving. He was crying in pain. I called Animal One and within the hour we had an appointment with Dr. Dillion. She was thorough with her assessment and recommended labs. They were able to collect all labs in clinic and we even got the bloodwork results back while I was still there! The clinic has all the necessary equipment to perform a thorough work up on your pet. The team cared compassionately for Saber as if he were one of their own. They even helped me to clean up his crate and lent me supplies to clean my car, after he had thrown up on the drive. Not only did I see how cared for my cat was, but I felt cared for as well. Just look how content he was on the drive home. This was a complete 180 from the pacing and throwing up he did on the way there.

I recently moved to the area and was feeling a little overwhelmed about finding a new vet for my cat, who can be a bit difficult. We saw Dr. Dillion today and had a great experience. We were brought into a room quickly and greeted by two kind, empathetic technicians who handled my cat with care. Dr. Dillion was patient, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Erin at the front desk was super friendly and helpful too. I left feeling confident that my cat is in great hands. So grateful to have found this clinic!
